We heard about the Xbox Series S yesterday, which was finally revealed to the world, but now Microsoft has also revealed some important information in regard to the more powerful Xbox Series X.

We finally have official word on the price of the chunky console, which will be £449 here in the UK, which is definitely a very nice price, particularly as prices between £500 to £600 had previously been bandied about. With that said, and like the Xbox Series S, this is a seriously good value console.

Both consoles will be available on November 10th, and you’ll also be able to purchase through Microsoft’s Xbox All Access (using GAME or Smyth’s Toys), with the Xbox Series X priced at £28.99 a month for 24 months along with a 24 month Game Pass Ultimate subscription. As for the Xbox Series S, this will cost you £20.99 over 24 months, also with a 24 month Game Pass Ultimate subscription. As for pre-orders, these will be going live from September 22nd.

Sony have yet to announce the price and release date of their rival PS5 console, but I’m sure these details will be just around the corner now.
