Little Hope is the second installment in Supermassive Games The Dark Pictures Anthology, the first being Man of Medan.

This time, Little Hope sees four college students and their professor trapped in the town of Little Hope, a seemingly abandoned town that haunts the new incomers at every turn with visions of the towns dark past, which the new tourists will have to escape.

As with Until Dawn and Man of Medan, Little Hope will follow Supermassive Games niche of using the butterfly effect as a gameplay mechanic, with choices impacting a branching narrative, as well as giving premonitions of what the outcome of your current path might be.

To promote the games release, a new Secrets & Premonitions trailer has been revealed, which can be viewed below.

The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope will be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 30th October. Pre-orders are available now, and those pre-ordering the game will be treated to the Curator’s Cut, which features new scenes from other characters perspectives, as well as new decisions and choices to make.
