News – Resident Evil 6 release date brought forward

Resident Evil 6 was  originally due for release on November 20th on Xbox 360 and PS3, although Capcom has now announced that the game has been brought forward to October 2nd.

If you purchase Dragon’s Dogma when it is released early next month, you’ll also earn early access to the Resident Evil 6 demo. The demo will also be made available to download for everyone else from July 3rd on Xbox 360 and September 4th on PS3.

Normally when we hear of a change in release date for a game, it normally spells a delay, so it’s good news to hear that Resident Evil 6 is coming earlier than expected.
