At their E3 press conference, Nintendo announced Just Dance 4 for Xbox 360, Wii, PS3 and the Wii U.

Just Dance 4 will feature a brand new Battle mode in which you’ll go against others across six rounds. The choreography and music will apparently change in real time, of which is determined through the current winning and losing players.

There will also be alternate choreographies to many of the tracks, of which can be unlocked. The returning Just Sweat mode has been enhanced with new workout sessions, personal programs, and a calorie counter.

The Wii U version, which will be available at the launch of Nintendo’s new console, will include some new features. Amongst these are the Puppet Master mode, in which the player with the Wii U GamePad is able to switch dance routines in real time for the other dancing players. You’ll also be able to create choreographies and choose playlists, and you’ll be able to take pictures and videos to share online.

Just Dance 4 will be released October 4th on PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii. The Wii U version will be available at the launch of the console.
