Ubisoft have detailed some of the next generation goodness that will be found in some of their upcoming games when they release on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, as well as updates for existing games. If you purchase the previous generation versions of all the below games, you’ll get free next generation upgrades.

Firstly, Watch Dogs: Legion will include Ray Tracing on all three next generation consoles, which means that the near-future London should look even more attractive. The game will also benefit from massively reduced loading times. The PS5 version will include support for Tempest 3D Audio as well as the Adaptive Triggers of the Dual Sense controller.

As for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, this will be the first mainline Assassin’s Creed game to run in 4k at 60fps on console thanks to the extra power of the PS5 and Xbox Series X. The game also has faster loading times on all three consoles. Finally, the PS5 version supports Tempest 3D Audio.

Immortals Fenyx Rising supports HDR on all three consoles as well as much faster loading times. It also runs in 4K resolution at 60FPS on PS5 and the Xbox Series X, and also has Dolby atmos and Tempest 3D Audio support.

Open-world FPS Far Cry 6 will run in 4K resolution at 60fps, while Riders Republic will include HDR and will run in 4K resolution at 60fps on Xbox Series X and PS5, with rapid loading times on all three consoles.

Finally, games already released such as Rainbow Six Siege and For Honor will also benefit from the new consoles. Siege will run in 120fps at 4k resolution, and For Honor will run in 4k resolution on Xbox Series X and PS4, and 1080p on the Series S.
