Due to be released first on the Oculus Rift, HTC VIVE and Open Source Virtual Reality (OSVR), Tiny Bull Studios and Surprise Attack Games have announced that Blind, a psychological VR thriller, will be coming to the PSVR ‘soon’.

Sounding very similar to Perception, another game with a blind protagonist from The Deep End Games, Blind follows the story of a woman who awakens in a strange room to find she has lost her sight. Goaded by the mysterious Warden, she must explore a twisted and frightening mansion using echolocation.

Sound waves briefly reveal the outlines of objects, enabling her to navigate the mansion, solve puzzles and uncover the mystery of what is happening and why. As she gets closer and closer to the truth, however, she will be forced to confront her worst enemy – that which she does not, or will not, see.

The narrative-driven puzzle adventure game features around four to five hours of gameplay and will be releasing in spring on all major PC-based VR platforms, with a version for PSVR releasing later in 2018.
