News – Oddworld series revival announced

As announced on their official site, Just Add Water are working with Oddworld Inhabitants in order to revive the weird and wonderful Oddworld universe. The British developer is working on multiple projects across multiple platforms, which will be pleasing for fans who have been waiting for such a revival.
Could we see the return of the likes of Abe, Munch and Stranger? Well, Just Add Water did have the following to say on their website: “Whilst we cannot go into specifics right now, we can tell you that over the coming weeks and months we will be announcing these exciting projects starring all of your favourite Oddworld characters.”
I’m certainly excited to hear that the Oddworld universe is returning after being dormant for over five year’s.
