News – Skylanders Giants announced

Activision have announced Skylanders Giants, the sequel to the well received Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure.
Being the gaming and toy crossover that it is, Skylanders Giants will introduce over 20 brand new figures, including giants that are twice the size, physically and virtually, than the other characters. New challenges and a brand new story can also be expected, while toys from the original are very much compatible with this sequel.
Platforms that the game is to launch on is yet to be specified, although it is due sometime in the Autumn.
Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure was a big success for publisher Activision, and helped bring the little purple dragon back to the forefront.
