SEGA have been generous and have turned Phantasy Star Universe expansion Ambition of the Illuminus from paid content (previously 800 Microsoft Points) into a free download on Xbox Live. The expansion was first released back in 2007 and introduced new Photon Arts, weapons, and even new areas and a storyline.
In other Phantasy Star Universe news, SEGA have also released a brand new update which will download automatically for subscribers. The Guardians Advanced Content adds new missions, new weapons and items, a new character customisation system, and classes and abilities have also apparently been improved.
