NIS America has revealed three PS3 RPG’s that they’re bringing to European shores: Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness, Time and Eternity and The Guided Fate Paradox.

PS3 game, Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness is a celebration of both the series tenth anniversary and NIS’s 20th birthday. It’s a direct sequel to the original Disgaea and sees the return of Laharl, Etna and Flonne all returning. You can expect all the usual hallmarks of Disgaea including item worlds to power up your items, obsessions with huge numbers, more extensive character customization then ever before, the puzzle like geo panels and it looks to be as crazy as it always has. The game is set for release in the Autumn.

Time and Eternity is developed by Imageepoch and boasts a beautiful cartoon artstyle that rivals the recently released Ni No Kuni. The premise is very Japanese to say the least and sees Toki about to get married, though her fiance is assassinated and she must travel back in time to attempt to save him. The tragedy also results new alter ego, Towa surfacing in Toki and throughout the game, you’re able to switch between both and in the process be able to choose between two distinct fighting styles. The game arrives in the Summer.

The Guided Fate Paradox is a Roguelike and somewhat of a spiritual successor to Z.H.P.Unlosing Ranger vs. Darkdeath Evilman. Being developed by the Disgaea team, it’s unsurprisingly very bizarre and sees hero Renya Kagurazaka transforming into a god by winning a lottery and he must carry out tasks in the copy world to influence the real world and in turn make people’s wishes come true. There’s OTT special attacks, randomly generated dungeons, high quality 3D sprites and deep customization. Like Disgaea D2: A Brighter Darkness, it’s due for release in the Autumn.
