Up to 24 players, multiplayer maps that are four times the size of any of the maps featured in previous Halo games, and a brand new Warzone mode were all announced for Halo 5: Guardians at Microsoft’s E3 conference.

The Warzone mode pits two teams against one another, and AI controlled enemies are also present on some of the bigger maps.

The campaign was also shown off, with a Spartan team hunting down the iconic Master Chief in the demonstration. The campaign mode can be played by up to four players, and the E3 demonstration also showed off the squad commands as well as different Spartan abilities, including the air boost and ground pound.

Halo 5: Guardians will be released on Xbox One on October 27th.
