Capcom has announced that Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and Marvel vs. Capcom 2 are to be removed from Sony’s PlayStation Network and Microsoft’s Xbox Live Arcade service soon.

The publisher haven’t revealed the reasons for the removal of the games, although it’s highly likely that it’s something to do with their latest deal with Marvel running out.

There is currently a sale going on for DLC on PSN, in which the content is being sold at half price. By the sounds of it, it appears that there will be similar deals on Xbox Live. The DLC will be gone in Europe after PSN on 19th December 2013 and globally on Xbox Live on 26th December.

If you want to buy any of the games, it would certainly be best to do it as quickly as possible.
