The PS4 and Xbox One versions of story-driven exploration game Gone Home are being released in Europe next week, which means that console only owners will now be able to see what all the fuss was about. The specific release date is on Friday the 12th for both versions.

The game had previously been delayed here due to certification issues, and actually suffered the delay on the day that it was supposed to be released.

Gone Home was first released on PC, Mac and Linux back in 2013, and was met by a positive reception. Set in 1995 and taking control of a character called Kaitlin Greenbriar, you have returned home after a year abroad and found that the previously occupied building is now mysteriously empty. Your task is to hunt for clues and to solve the mystery.
