The upcoming Forza Horizon’s first DLC is due on December 18th, developer Playground Games has announced.

The Rally Expansion Pack will have a focus on off-road racing, and has been described as an authentic rally experience, with rally-tuned cars as well as co-drivers. Higher jumps, deeper ruts and new surface types can also be expected in the expansion. This first DLC will cost 1600 Microsoft points, which is around £13.50.

More details have also been announced for Forza Horizon’s Season Pass. There will be six monthly car packs, the first of which will feature the 2012 Ferrari 599XX Evoluzione, 2012 Gumpert Apollo Enraged, 2012 Alfa Romeo 8C Spider, 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302, 2012 Lamborghini Aventador J and 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air.

Those who don’t own the Season Pass will be able to pick up the car packs for 400 Microsoft Points each (£3.40).

There will also be five exclusive motors for Season Pass owners over the first five months of the game’s release, the first being the 2006 Lamborghini Miura Concept in November.

Forza Horizon is a new take on the popular franchise, and is set for release on Xbox 360 on October 26th. Yes, that’s next week.
