From January 19th, Xbox Live Gold members will be able to, um, access EA Access for free on Xbox One for a single week.

The above means that you’ll be able to download the games that are available in the vault. There will be 14 games for you to choose from, of which are as follows:

Battlefield 4
Battlefield Hardline
Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare
Madden 25
Madden 14
NHL 15
NBA Live 15
EA Sports UFC
Dragon Age: Inquisition
Need for Speed: Rivals
Peggle 2

EA Access not only offers access to games in the vault, but it also features game trials a full five days before release, and 10% discounts as part of the usual subscription. Most recently, EA have announced that two levels from the upcoming Unravel will be able to be trialed for 10 hours. The trial will be available from February 4th ahead of the quirky platform game’s full release on February 9th on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

EA Access normally costs £3.99 a month or £19.99 a year here in the UK, and this free trial promotion may net in a few new customers for EA. The service is exclusive to Xbox One on consoles.
