Dead or Alive 5 Plus, the upcoming Vita fighting game, has been given a release date of the 22nd of March, Tecmo Koei has announced.

The game will run at 60fps, which is great in itself, though all the more so when you consider that Vita players will be able to take on PS3 players, and an icon located next to their health bars will display what format your opponent is using. All save data, including DLC will also be able to be transferred between the two formats.

New to this version will be a first person mode, which uses touch controls, whilst there’s also some new training modes, which should help you out as you begin on the hard road to mastery.
