Developed in conjunction with actor Elijah Wood’s development company, Spectrevision, comes this trippy-looking game called Transference. Coined as a psychological thriller, Transference is part game, part film, in which you get to explore an obsessive mans ‘digitally recreated memories’.

The trailer doesn’t show much gameplay, though shows glimpses of what looks to be a home and the silhouette of a young boy roaming around the hallways. According to Ubisoft’s website, there are several family members that you get to meet along the way, whilst trapped inside this “maze-like puzzle of an impossible house” that conceals a “corrupted truth”. It seems you can also affect the story, based on the decisions you make throughout, with the fate of each family member lying in your hands. Transference will be released in Spring 2018.
